Rajasthan Tour Travels Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation services, sightseeing tours, car rentals, tempo traveller bookings and other travel-related services provided by Rajasthan Tour Travels.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Rajasthan Tour Travels.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and confirmation from Rajasthan Tour Travels.

The advance amount may vary depending on the package, hotel, vehicle, season and booking requirements.

Confirmation of a booking may be provided through email, WhatsApp, SMS, invoice, quotation or other written communication.

Customers are requested to carefully check the booking details, including travel dates, number of travellers, vehicle, hotels, destinations and inclusions before making payment.

2. Payment Terms

The customer must pay the advance amount specified in the quotation or booking confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

For certain bookings, full payment may be required before the date of travel.

Payments once made to hotels, transporters, activity providers or other third-party service providers may be subject to their respective cancellation policies.

Applicable taxes, GST, tolls, parking charges, permits or other statutory charges will be charged as applicable and as specified in the quotation/invoice.

3. Tour Package Price

Package prices are based on the services specifically mentioned in the quotation.

Prices may change before confirmation due to changes in hotel tariffs, transportation costs, fuel prices, government taxes, permits, seasonal rates or availability.

Any additional service requested by the customer after confirmation will be charged separately.

Package prices do not include expenses that are specifically excluded from the quotation.

4. Hotel Booking

Hotel accommodation will be provided according to the category and hotel mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.

Hotel check-in and check-out times will be as per the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.

Hotel room preferences such as bed type, floor, view or adjoining rooms are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
In case the confirmed hotel becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Rajasthan Tour Travels may provide an alternative hotel of a similar category, subject to availability.

5. Transportation & Vehicle

The vehicle will be provided according to the category mentioned in the confirmed booking.

The vehicle may be changed to a similar category in case of operational requirements, breakdown, maintenance or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded beyond the legally permitted passenger capacity.

The customer is responsible for carrying luggage within the reasonable capacity of the selected vehicle.

Any additional usage beyond the itinerary, including extra kilometres, additional hours, additional sightseeing or route changes, may attract additional charges.

Fuel, toll, parking, state tax, driver allowance and other charges will be included or excluded according to the confirmed quotation.

6. Driver & Driver Duties

Drivers are responsible for driving and transportation services only.

Drivers are not responsible for carrying passengers’ luggage or personal belongings unless mutually agreed.

Customers must cooperate with the driver regarding legally permitted driving hours and safety requirements.

Customers must not ask the driver to violate traffic laws, speed limits, parking restrictions or other applicable regulations.

Any additional payment made directly to a driver for services not included in the booking should be documented or communicated to Rajasthan Tour Travels.

7. Sightseeing & Itinerary

The itinerary provided at the time of booking is an indicative travel plan and may be modified due to traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions, monument timings or other circumstances.

Sightseeing places may be subject to closure, restricted entry, maintenance, local events or government regulations.

Entry tickets, monument fees, camera fees, guide charges, safari charges, boating charges and activity fees are included only if specifically mentioned in the package.

The company is not responsible for sightseeing that cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges will depend on the cancellation date, travel date and services already booked with third-party suppliers.

Unless otherwise mentioned in the booking confirmation, the following general cancellation structure may apply:

30 days or more before travel: cancellation charges as applicable to the booking/services.

15–29 days before travel: applicable supplier cancellation charges plus administrative charges.

7–14 days before travel: higher cancellation charges may apply depending on hotel and transport bookings.

Within 7 days of travel: substantial cancellation charges may apply.

No-show or cancellation after commencement of the tour: generally non-refundable for unused services, subject to supplier policies.

Important: The exact cancellation policy applicable to a booking will be the policy communicated in the quotation/booking confirmation and may differ according to hotel, vehicle, safari, flight, activity or other supplier terms.

9. Cancellation by Rajasthan Tour Travels

Rajasthan Tour Travels may modify, postpone or cancel a service in exceptional circumstances, including natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, riots, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, supplier failure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where cancellation is attributable to Rajasthan Tour Travels and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to the amount actually recoverable from the relevant service providers, subject to the booking terms.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after confirmation of cancellation and settlement of applicable supplier charges.

Refund processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, hotels, transport operators and other service providers.
Non-refundable hotel bookings, tickets, permits, activities or other services will not be refundable where the supplier has retained the amount.

Any applicable cancellation, transaction, payment gateway or administrative charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

11. Changes Requested by Customer

Any request to change:

Travel dates
Number of travellers
Hotels
Vehicle category
Route
Destinations
Number of nights
Room category
Sightseeing
Pickup/drop location

will be subject to availability and may result in additional charges or cancellation charges.

12. Travel Documents & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and other documents required for their journey.

For foreign nationals, passport, visa, permits and other immigration/travel documentation must be valid and available as required by Indian authorities and service providers.

Rajasthan Tour Travels is not responsible for losses or additional expenses resulting from invalid, missing or expired travel documents.

13. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their luggage, valuables, cash, jewellery, electronics, passports, documents and personal belongings.

Rajasthan Tour Travels will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless such liability arises under applicable law.

Customers should not leave valuable items unattended in vehicles or hotel rooms.

14. Travel Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Rajasthan Tour Travels shall not be liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

Traffic congestion
Road closures
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government
restrictions
Strikes
Accidents
Vehicle breakdowns
Flight/train delays or
cancellations
Local restrictions
Political or civil
disturbances
Hotel or supplier-related issues

Reasonable efforts will be made to assist customers in such situations.

15. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully with hotel staff, drivers, guides and other service providers.

Any damage caused by a customer to a hotel, vehicle, property or other service provider may be payable directly by the customer.

Illegal activities, abusive behaviour, harassment, violence or activities prohibited under applicable Indian law are not permitted.

16. Children & Infants

Child policies, room occupancy rules, extra beds, meals and transportation requirements may vary by hotel and service provider.

Any applicable child/infant charges will be communicated according to the supplier’s policy.

17. Special Requests

Special requests such as:

Vegetarian/Jain meals
Room preferences
Wheelchair assistance
Child seats
Anniversary/birthday
arrangements
Specific vehicle
preferences
Early check-in
Late check-out

will be subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

18. Third-Party Services

Hotels, airlines, railways, safari operators, guides, restaurants, activity providers and transport suppliers may have their own terms and conditions.

Where a service is provided by a third party, the applicable third-party terms will also apply to that service.

19. Photographs & Service Representation

Hotel, vehicle and destination photographs shown in brochures, websites, social media or promotional material are for representation purposes. Actual room, vehicle or property appearance may vary due to availability, upgrades, renovation or operational circumstances.

20. GST & Taxes

Applicable GST and other statutory taxes will be charged as per the applicable law and the nature of the service.

The final quotation/invoice will specify whether taxes are included or charged separately.

21. Complaints & Service Issues

Customers should immediately inform Rajasthan Tour Travels about any service-related issue during the tour so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the matter while the service is ongoing.

Complaints raised after completion of the tour should be submitted with relevant booking details and supporting documents.

22. Limitation of Liability

Rajasthan Tour Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed in the booking.

However, the company shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from the acts, omissions, delays or failures of independent third-party service providers, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

23. Force Majeure

Neither the customer nor Rajasthan Tour Travels shall be considered in breach of the applicable service obligations where performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, epidemics/pandemics, severe weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, road closures or other similar events.

24. Agreement to Terms

Payment of the advance amount or confirmation of the booking shall constitute acknowledgement that the customer has read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the specific terms mentioned in the quotation, invoice and booking confirmation.

25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Jaipur, Rajasthan.
