Arrive in Jaipur and welcome your driver at the airport, railway station or any other agreed collection spot. Check in at the hotel and start touring the historic sites of the Pink City.

Explore Hawa Mahal, noted for its striking pink exterior and ornate windows. Proceed to City Palace to experience its regal courtyards and traditional architecture. You can also visit the Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, noted for its antique astronomy instruments. Later, stop at Jal Mahal for pictures and wander about in Jaipur’s traditional bazaar if time permits

Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast check out from your accommodation and drive toward Kumbhalgarh. It’s a long drive so we recommend leaving early. Depending on traffic, road conditions and pauses, the travel will usually take several hours.

Upon arrival, tour the majestic Kumbhalgarh Fort, a historic hill fort that is famous for its imposing defensive walls, entrances, temples and sweeping vistas of the Aravalli Range. The fort is an integral element of Rajasthan’s legacy and is tied with the Mewar dynasty. Allow yourself time to wander the accessible areas and take in the view.

Sightseeing and transfer to Udaipur. It is a little further drive onwards and the number of sights you can squeeze in at Kumbhalgarh, will depend on the time you leave and your pace.

Arrive at Udaipur and check in to your hotel. Rest of the day is at free time.

After breakfast proceed for Udaipur, famously known as City of Lakes. Begin at City Palace, a landmark overlooking Lake Pichola. Its courtyards, balconies, ornate halls and lake views belong to the city’s most attractive attractions.

Visit Jagdish Temple, famous for its ancient architecture and religious significance. Later, enjoy views of Lake Pichola and tour neighbouring ghats or waterfronts. If you have enough time and you are interested, you may arrange a boat ride on the lake (subject to operation and availability of tickets).

In the afternoon explore Saheliyon Ki Bari, a historic garden with fountains, flora and groomed walks. You can also visit the local markets for handicrafts, miniature paintings, fabrics and gifts.

In the evening, return to your hotel. A lengthier drive through Kumbhalgarh is followed by a more leisurely day.

Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Depending on your time of departure you might choose to visit a local attraction or do some shopping for local handicrafts and souvenirs.
